Group Fitness Classes New Group Fitness Studios - NOW OPEN!
It's an exciting time at Ponds Forge as we have now completed the first major phase of the refurbishment project.
The 2 brand new, dedicated, semi sprung floor, air conditioned studios are now open, so if you haven't done so already come down ad take a look or even better take part in a class.
Fitness Unlimited Gym Opening in June 2008! New 1250sq metre gym and spa area including reception, treatments rooms, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. For more details click here.
