- Offer available for The Skyline Suite at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre only.
- All bookings must be made before or on 30th September 2008.
- Bookings will be taken for 'special occasion parties' Excluding Christmas parties.
- The Skyline Suite and catering must be booked for a minimum of 80 people.
- Due to popularity, we regret that no payments are refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
- Every effort should be made to ensure correct booking numbers. Additional places required after booking cannot be guaranteed as we have a maximum capacity to aid comfort. All bookings are subject to minimum numbers attending.
- Provisional bookings will be released after 14 days if no monies and a signed contract is not received. Payments will not be refunded or transferred, under any circumstances.
- The party/event must take place this financial calendar year (before 31st March 2009).
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Offer is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
