BTS (Body Training Systems)
Ponds Forge enjoys its platinum status, awarded by Body Training Systems, for hosting 4 of their fitness-to-music classes; BODY ATTACK®, BODY PUMP®, BODY BALANACE® and RPM®.

With 4 choreographed routines each year, these classes add entertainment to exercise and the result is an irresistable mix that's sweeping the globe. Learning this set routine means that you can attend one of these classes anywhere in the world and you'll already know what to do!

BODYATTACK® - An intense athletic workout using simple interval training techniques. No frills, no equipment and no place to hide!
BODYPUMP® - A revolutionary class that uses the barbells to strengthen, tone and define every major muscle group. This highly motivating class is suitable for all fitness levels.
BODYBALANCE® - A dynamic Yoga-based stretch program that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. Helps bring the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
RPM® - An indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity. A favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat, RPM incorporates the best of biking choreography and great music. It provides a fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength.
 
Mind, Body and Soul
Need to take time out to relax, re-energise and take control of your life? These classes are for you. Stretch, improve flexibility and balance, strengthen and tone the whole body whilst not even getting out of breath!
Yoga - Balance your mind, improve posture and flexibility and strengthen your body in this class for all levels of fitness.
Pilates - Learn how to breathe and use your body effectively with slow controlled movements to lengthen and tone muscles.

Hard day at the office? Leave it all behind with this amazing variety of classes. Will you punch and kick to get rid of that stress, burn the miles in a spin session, or jump to the beat in an aerobics or salsa class? The choice is yours.
FU Circuit - Get your heart pumping with this energising and highly effective whole body workout, guaranteed to condition muscles and burn fat fast!
FU Step - Trim and tone your lower body whilst working on your co-ordination. Traditional step class for all levels and abilities.
FU Aerobics - You choose, hi or low impact! Contains choreographed moves to get you moving to the beat.

FU Mix - Take your fitness to the next level with this dynamic combination of aerobics, step and conditioning. This is one workout you'll never get bored of!
Easyline - Using specialised equipment, these small group sessions are designed for people who want to lose weight and improve their health and physical condition, but who do not want to go in the gym.

Muscle and Body Conditioning
Want to tone up, define your muscles and burn fat faster? Prepare to change the shape of your body with these classes! It's the complete package; as well as working on strength and tone, you will also improve posture, core stability and self confidence!
LBT - Legs, Bums and Tums. Target those problem areas with this low impact muscular endurance class for the lower body.
Abs Unlimited - Flatten and tone your stomach and strengthen the lower back in this challenging and focused class.
Core Fit Ball - Using the stability ball to work specifically on improving abdominal and lower back strength, this dynamic class also improves muscle tone and develops balance and co-ordination.
