Sometimes kids need a little extra support and encouragement to become fitter, healthier and happier.
If your child is aged 7-13 and you are worried about their health or weight, help is at hand through our FREE MEND programme.
Join us for 18 sessions which are two hours long and run twice a week. Experience the benefits of exercise and learn about healthy eating. The programme includes:
Weekly games, activities and swimming
Fun ways to be active
Improved behaviour & self confidence
Games and tips about healthy foods, label reading and portion sizes
A chance to try delicious new foods

A series of MEND courses are held throughout the year and are available at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Concord Sports Centre and Hillsborough Leisure Centre.
