Lane Swimming in the Ponds Forge Olympic sized pool  is the perfect way to exercise and get fit. Lane Swimming provides a great low impact cardiovascular exercise, working almost every major muscle group in the body, while giving your body overall support. 

Swim at your own pace - Our designated lanes allow for you to swim at whatever speed you wish, whether your a gentle swimmer or a faster swimmer in training.

Paid entry allows for a minimum of 1 hour session.

Male, female & family changing rooms & cubicles. Facilities include:

  • Hot showers
  • Free use of hairdryers
  • Vanity area

Lane swimming is FREE to Fitness Unlimited members and Fitness Unlimited kids members. Swim as many times as you like a week by becoming a FU member from only £28.00 a month. Children can join for only £12.00 and get unlimited access to swimming across 3 venues. To join call 0114 223 3419.
