- Physiotherapy & Sports Therapy - The treatment of injuries using remedial massage, electrotherapy, medical acupuncture and manipulation with advice on training and rehabilitation.
- Massage - Remedial Massage: For muscle spasms, strains and aching muscles in the back, neck, shoulders, legs etc.
- General Body Massage - For relaxing tense muscles, reducing stress and toning weak muscles.
- Sports Massage - To speed recovery rate and remove exercise metabolites, to prepare for competition or to prevent over-use injuries.
- Specialist - A deep, soft tissue and muscle treatment to loosen up scar tissue, fibrosis and hard, tight muscles which uses very deep pressure and advanced techniques to improve soft tissues, give better function and relieve pain or discomfort.
