This event aims to give young swimmers an opportunity to experience their first competitive experience. It encourages young swimmers to continue with competitive swimming and join a swimming club.

Thirteen teams and 173 swimmers aged from 5-to-10 years from Sheffield's learn-to-swim schemes will compete.

Events:
Swimmers can enter up to three events - Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Frontcrawl and Individual Medley

- 7 years/under, 8 years and 9 years swim 25m races and/or 100m Individual Medley
- 10 years swim 50m races and/or 100m Individual Medley
