The British Gas asa National Age Group Championships and British Gas asa National Youth Championships which incorporates the National Championships will be taking place at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield, where Britain's best swimmers will be competing for national honours, many with their sights set on making the British team for London 2012 and future Olympic Games.

The British Gas asa National Age Group Championships take place over five days from Wednesday 22 July and will showcase Britain's best swimming talent in the boys 11-14 and girls 11-13 age groups.

The British Gas asa National Youth Championships run from Tuesday 28 July - Sunday 2 August and features boys aged 15-18 and girls aged 14 -17 years.
