Macmillan Cancer Support helps people affected by cancer get the practical, emotional, financial and medical support they want
and need.
As treatments improve, people will live longer with cancer. And to meet their needs, we're shaping the future of cancer care.
The money raised as part of the World Water Bombing Championships will help fund our increasing range of services, including our Macmillan nurses, doctors and other health and social care
professionals, new cancer care centres, a range of cancer information, practical help at home and help with money.
You are helping us provide the support that makes a real difference to people living with cancer today and tomorrow.
Currently two million people are living with cancer in the UK. If current trends continue five million more of us will be told we have the disease between now and 2020.
Macmillan Cancer Support is working towards the day when everyone in the UK has equal and ready access to the best information, treatment and care for cancer.
Right from the beginning, we help to provide the expert care, practical and emotional support that makes a real difference for people living with cancer.
All of our services are free and are funded entirely through the generosity of our supporters. This year the charity is celebrating 100 years of supporting people affected by cancer, for more
