A world class venue at the heart of the community, Ponds Forge International Sports Centre has fantastic facilities and exciting opportunities for sport, leisure and entertainment.
Located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, Ponds Forge opened in 1991 and now offers a diverse choice of sports clubs, health and fitness facilities and superb event options.
Our facilities include
• Gym, two dedicated Group Fitness Studios and a Spin Room - Offering health & fitness membership (Fitness Unlimited), group exercise classes and small group training, helping you to get fit and enjoy exercise!
• Sport - Hire the courts and equipment for casual use or events in our International Sports Centre or try coached activities such as karate, diving, trampoline sessions and more.
• Swimming - Learn to swim, perfect your strokes in the lanes, or swim for fitness in the 50m, 10-lane Competition Pool. Alternatively have fun in one of our leisure swimming sessions at Surfy City - our dedicated Leisure Pool. You could even learn to dive in our Olympic-sized Diving Pool.
• Spa facilities and beauty treatment - Relax after exercise in the sauna or steam room or treat yourself or a friend to luxurious pampering by our beauty experts.
