We have excellent equipment, trained staff and fitness classes to suit every lifestyle, including 130 pieces of Technogym equipment which are operated by the Wellness Key System. The Wellness key stores data including your personal gym programme and information about your last workout - it even allows you to communicate with the Fitness Team.

Inside our gym:

Our fitness team will help you with a Wellness key induction which includes creating a workout programme that's tailored specifically to you. Our Fitness Consultants are always on hand with help and advice and are all on the Register of Exercise Professionals.
